Episode 089 – This week on The Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with my long-lost, childhood friend Ally King. Alex King as she goes by today is a hypnotherapist and a super-spiritual, cool, down-to-earth amazing human being. We talk about so many things in this episode, we talk about past lives and energy healing, and how she was able to use energy healing and herbs to help heal her cat.

As a young child, she could feel the energy of spirits around her. She began having out-of-body experiences and intuitively practiced to cultivate her ability to see energy fields around people and things.

Alex is a lifelong philomath, her fascination with metaphysics and the natural world began as an adolescent. Books were her main gateway to an alternate world. Her mother was a massage therapist, this gave Alex access to books on yoga, breath, energy, meditation, and anything esoteric. Alex has invested years into the pursuit of being in service. Through avenues of the health, wellness, and exercise industry. She’s an Ordained Minister, a yoga and meditation teacher, and an energetic and intuitive healing practitioner. A disruptor of the norm.

Alex guides clients to break through self-limiting beliefs, connect to their soul and truth, step into their sovereignty and become the badass they are here to be. Her mission is to help you remember who you are.
