Episode 095 – This week on The Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with Charles Clay. Charles is an Inner Peace Coach, Healer, Neurokinetic Pain Relief Specialist, and the Founder of Freedom From Pain and the inner peace process. Charles offers a step-by-step Inner Peace Process for releasing inner blocks, unprocessed emotions, and negative subconscious beliefs that keep people stuck.

This guided process helps to heal deep-rooted generational wounds so that they don’t have to be passed down to our children. Charles offers this laser-focused method online training course to cut through distractions and conquer procrastination and produce more while consuming less.

In this podcast episode, we talk a lot about the spiritual awakening that Charles had when he was facing major back surgery from an accident that he had and finding that kinesiology was going to be the way that he would heal himself in understanding that he had layers of healing to do to help his body self heal.

This changed the trajectory of what Charles would do with his career. And he said, “You know what? I wanna help people heal the natural way and I wanna show people that their emotions can affect the healing process and there are ways to handle things without having to go through what we consider to be traditional medicine, AKA surgery.” You’re gonna love this episode.
