Episode 099 – This week on The Meg Rock Show, I was able to sit down with Tess O’Driscoll. Tess is an Enneagram Coach. The Enneagram is a system of personalized typing that describes patterns and how people interpret the world and manage their emotions, this system is ancient.

The Enneagram describes nine personality types and maps, each of these types on a nine-point pentagram, which helps to illustrate how the types relate to one another. This system for understanding personality types is fascinating.

In this podcast episode, Tess talks a lot about working with women to strengthen their understanding of themselves and their families. So once you understand your Enneagram number, you can have a deeper connection with yourself, but obviously, a better relationship with other people around you because you have more empathy and you understand that we are all different and that’s okay.

It’s just learning how to communicate and meet each other’s needs, it’s really why we’re here. To understand how to get along with one another, to understand the people’s strengths and people’s weaknesses. Once we understand this about ourselves and about other people, we can move through the world with a lot clearer understanding that it’s okay, that we are all different. You guys are gonna love this podcast episode and have no doubt – you’re gonna wanna get your Enneagram done for yourself!
